VERMILLION, S.D. - The University of South Dakota football game with the University of Central Arkansas has been moved back an hour to 2 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 30 in Conway, Ark. The game, originally set for 1 p.m., will be played at Estes Stadium in Conway, Ark. USD, which is 3-0 and ranked eighth in the most recent American Football Coaches Association Division II poll, and Central Arkansas, which is moving to Division IAA, will play each other for the first time.
