ALCOHOL
Alcohol is available to the general public for purchase at concession stands on the DakotaDome west concourse and satellite stands on the DakotaDome east concourse. Alcohol is also available for purchase in premium areas including the suites and loge boxes, Dome Club, and at all three landings.
 
ANIMALS
All animals are prohibited from entering University of South Dakota (USD) athletic facilities unless the animal is a service animal or service animal in training.
 
APPROVED SPONSORS
USD prohibits the use of University grounds and facilities for sales, advertising, or promotional activities without prior University or Athletic Department approval.  Vendors must be on the approved vendor list.

BAG/BACKPACKS - CLEAR BAG POLICY
[NEW FOR 2024-25 SEASON]
South Dakota athletics has updated their bag/backpack policy, announcing a new clear bag policy for all athletic events inside the DakotaDome and the Sanford Coyote Sports Center (SCSC) for the 2024-25 athletic season. More information can be found regarding the new policy by CLICKING HERE.
 
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are allowed in the DakotaDome provided they are hand-held and not offensive or commercial, and do not obstruct the view of other fans.
 
BOOKSTORE
For all the new Coyote apparel, visit Charlie’s located inside of the Muenster University Center on campus, head downtown to Charlie’s on Main Street, or go online to https://usdcharliestore.com/.
 
CAMCORDERS & TRIPODS
Camcorders and tripods are not allowed inside the DakotaDome during athletic events.
 
CAMERA POLICY
Cameras are allowed in the DakotaDome. All commercial use of photographs depicting game action are permitted only with the approval of USD Athletics. Camera bags are not permitted unless properly credentialed [see Clear Bag Policy above].

CHILDREN SEAT POLICY
Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket for event entry provided they are seated on a lap. If children want to sit in their own seat, a ticket must be purchased. Youth tickets, where applicable, qualify for children ages 3-18.
 
CONCESSIONS
Sodexo is the proud partner of USD. Concession stands can be found on the east and west concourses of the DakotaDome.

COYOTE CALL
Get your HOWL on! Prior to each game in the DakotaDome a USD celebrity will lead Coyote Nation in a collective howl to get the party started.
 
COYOTE CRAZIES
The Coyote Crazies are the official USD student fan group that is run by USD students for USD students. For more information about being a part of the Coyote Crazies go to https://www.facebook.com/coyotecrazies/.

DISABLED PATRON INFORMATION
USD is committed to providing equal access, opportunity, and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. To request ticket accommodations please contact the Ticket Office at 605-677-5959. Handicap parking will be provided in Dome Lot C (closest to the Sanford Coyote Sports Center) for each athletic contest.
 
DOORS OPEN
The DakotaDome opens to fans 90 minutes before each game.

FIELD ACCESS
Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field. Fans will not be allowed onto the field pregame, during the game, or postgame. Only authorized personnel will be allowed back in the team areas and athletic training room.
 
FIRST AID & MEDICAL OPERATIONS
Fans needing medical attention should find the nearest event staff worker, or head to the Ticket Office for assistance. Staff can call for medical response through University Police Department officers.
 
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside USD athletic facilities.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
The University of South Dakota and Coyote Athletics are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable game day experience for all fans. Below is the Gameday Fan Code of Conduct:
  • Public intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption.
  • Possession or use of illegal drugs.
  • Vaping/Tobacco Use (including the use of e-cigarettes) is prohibited within USD venues.
  • Interfering with the progress of the event, including throwing any object onto the field/playing surface or going onto the playing surface (including post-game).
  • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.
  • Disruptive, unruly, or illegal behavior towards participants, officials, fellow fans, or stadium personnel
  • Unattended children under the age of 16, not in a seated area (must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older)
  • Patrons must present a valid ticket/credential to access game venues and premium areas.
  • All fans are required to follow law enforcement and stadium personnel instructions regarding game day operations, policies and emergency procedures.
  • FIREARMS: firearms are generally prohibited unless carried in accordance with USD Policy 3.007.
Failure to follow this policy in any manner will be subject to removal from the venue without ticket reimbursement, potential loss of season ticket privileges or arrest.

HALL OF FAME
There is a new interactive video wall for the Hall of Fame located in the northeast corner of the Sanford Coyote Sports Center. For a full list of who has been inducted into the Hall of Fame go to: http://www.goyotes.com/hof.aspx.

LOST & FOUND
Guests can check for lost and found items at either of the athletic Ticket Offices in the DakotaDome. After the game, guests can contact the Ticket Office or the main athletic phone line for lost items.

RENTALS
Rentals of the DakotaDome, Sanford Coyote Sports Center, and club spaces within are available. Please contact the Athletic Event Department for more information.
 
SOLICITATION OF LITERATURE
Anyone without written consent from USD is prohibited from soliciting contributions or distributing literature on University property.
 
TAILGATING
Tailgating is available in select lots for Coyote football game days. Parking lots will open at 9 a.m. for each football game of the 2023 season. Please visit here for more information.

TICKETS
The Ticket Office is in charge of all ticket sales, lost tickets, Will Call, and the Player-Guest pass list. 
 
For Coyote football, ticket sales will be at the DakotaDome east outside kiosk, and inside both entances on the DakotaDome west side. All Player-Guest and Will Call tickets will be located at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center ticket windows.  If a visitor is having any issues with their ticket/s, please go to any ticket window in the DakotaDome.

WHEELCHAIRS
The DakotaDome has a limited number of wheelchairs that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved before an event, but can be checked out free of charge at each of the DakotaDome and Sanford Coyote Sports Center ticket offices.
 
WILL CALL
Will Call is located at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center Ticket Office. Will Call opens two hours prior to kickoff and photo identification is required for all tickets.
