VERMILLION, S.D.--Tempestt Wilson's 17 points and Polly Harrington's double-double powered South Dakota to a 56-39 win against IUPUI Thursday night at the DakotaDome in a contest featuring two of the top three teams in the Summit League. IUPUI (16-10, 9-4) had won five in a row since a 20-point home loss to USD in late January.

Wilson scored 15 second-half points, including 10 during a 15-0 run that put the Coyotes in control, 41-27, halfway through the second half. The Jaguars had five second-half field goals and shot 20 percent from the field (13 of 64) for the game. It was their lowest-scoring game of the season.

Harrington had 16 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in posting her second consecutive double-double. Harrington and Wilson combined to make 14 of 25 shots. The Coyotes (13-14, 8-6) shot 56 percent in the second half and 43 percent (22 of 51) for the game.

Dee-Dee Bellamy had 10 points, seven rebounds and three steals to lead the Jaguars. DeAirra Goos added nine points. Kerah Nelson, the team's leading scorer on the season, was held scoreless on 0 of 8 shooting.

South Dakota had 18 assists on 22 made buckets. Nicole Seekamp had a career high nine assists to go with seven points. Point guard Alexis Yackley had three assists and stands with 400 in three seasons with the Coyotes.
