Brandt Van Roekel played quarterback in high school, was recruited to USD as a defensive back, and only through his own impatience did he make the move to wide receiver. Fast forward to now and Van Roekel, who is as healthy as he has been in some time, is a team captain who stands 17 yards from 1,000, and who represents a wide receiving corp that returns nearly everyone from a year ago. We caught up with the senior from Boyden, Iowa, this week before he leads Team White into tonight's Spring Game inside the DakotaDome. Check the video link above.
