VERMILLION, S.D.—The University of South Dakota athletic department is auctioning off three framed jerseys this week to raise money for Dakota Hospital Foundation, a non-profit organization in Vermillion committed to a mission supporting community health and wellness.
The three jerseys represent USD women's basketball senior guard
Allison Arens (#10) of Crofton, Nebraska; USD President Sheila Gestring (#18), the University's 18
th president; and a USD #1 Fan jersey.
The auction site is live with bidding open until 2 p.m. Saturday. The auction is in conjunction with the Coyotes' annual Pink Game set to take place at 1 p.m. Saturday inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center where the Coyote women will host Oral Roberts on the hardwood. The Pink Game is held to raise awareness for breast cancer treatment.
