VERMILLION, S.D. -- South Dakota athletics is excited to launch the "Coyote Text Alerts" program. With this free service, Coyote fans around the country can stay up to date on breakings news with USD athletics sent directly to their phones via SMS text message. Fans will also have a chance to sign up for exclusive offers and give a ways throughout the year.

When you sign up, there will be two sets of text alerts USD athletics will be utilizing: the traditional fan and a student option. The athletic department is kicking off the opt-in campaign by giving away two Coyote football jerseys to two random subscribers. A picture of the two jerseys are below.

It's simple, for Coyote students you can text USD to 83200 to opt-in and for non-students, text YOTES to 83200 to opt-in. Once you subscribe, you will be automatically in the running for the two jerseys. Exciting right? Oh you betcha.
