A LOOK ACROSS THE PITCH

The Bison sit a 6-6 on the season and in fourth place in the standings. The Bison started the season losing to Kansas City but then reeled off a five game win streak with wins over KC, Western Illinois and Omaha. However, since the Omaha win on Feb. 28, the Bison have only won one of their last six games and enter the weekend with a three game losing streak.

NDSU is led by Olivia Lovick with four goals on the season, while Marian Taiwo has three goals. Three Bison have two goals while two have one goal on the season. In between the pipes, Bison have had Aly Cole and Abby Wilkinson split minutes. Cole has 21 saves while Wilinson has 16 on the season.

DYNAMIC SCORERS
The Yotes have put five goals in the net once and four goals twice this season. Omaha is the only other school in the conference to have recorded a game of five goals or more. Gailus leads the team with four goals on the season while Mitchell and Ravelo have recorded three goals apeice.

11 different players have scored goals this season for the Coyotes, only one other Summit League team (Kansas City-11) can say that as well.

HOME STRETCH
The Coyotes have two more weekends of competition, at home this weekend and then at UND next weekend. If the Yotes win out, they can secure a spot in the top four for the conference tournament, however, things get a little tricky if they lose once or twice in the next four games. Points per match will be the first metric used to determine field and seeds since all teams did not play the same amount of matches due to cancellation

CONFERENCE & NATIONAL RANKINGS
The Coyotes rank 38th in the nation with 18 assists, while ranking 46th with 20 goals. With 47 total points, South Dakota ranks 47th in the country. Taylor Ravelo leads the Summit League and ranks 13th in the nation with three game-winning goals.  Taylor Cotter ranks 60th in the nation with four assists, while Jordan Centineo and Abby Ostrem rank 122nd with three assists apiece.

USD ranks third in goals with 1.6 and second in assists with 1.5 per game in the Summit League. Taylor Cotter is eighth with 1.75 shots and tied for third with four assists per game in the conference. Shaylee Gailus is tied for fifth with four goals in the League.
