South Dakota softball has announced its fall slate of exhibition games. The Coyotes will face seven opponents – six at home – from the middle of September until the middle of October. Local Division II programs Augustana and Sioux Falls are on the slate. An Oct. 1 date with Kirkwood is also intriguing as current Coyotes Kori Wedeking and Alecea Mendoza competed there the last two seasons.
 
Bat Girls Wanted!
South Dakota is offering an opportunity for girls in seventh grade or under to be a bat girl for any of the upcoming home games advertised below. Bat girls will join the Coyotes inside the dugout throughout each game. Anyone interested is encouraged to reach out to coach Chelsea Qualls at Chelsea.Qualls@usd.edu.
