ST. LOUIS—South Dakota senior right guard Isaac Erbes has been named the Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week for his performance in Saturday's 48-6 win at Western Illinois. It is the second-such honor for Erbes, who hails from Urbandale, Iowa.
 
Erbes made his 50^th consecutive start Saturday. He aided a unit that racked up a season-high 559 yards and averaged nearly nine yards per play against Western Illinois. The Coyotes ran for 287 yards and four touchdowns including a 59-yard run on USD's first play of the second half and a 23-yard score later in the game.
 
South Dakota had three touchdowns of more than 50 yards. The Coyotes' offensive line allowed no sacks and no tackles-for-loss.
