VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota associate athletic director for fan engagement Jarren Duffy is pleased to announce the addition of Logan McNames and Kendra Rich to the Coyotes' external staff. McNames has been hired as the director of ticket sales and operations and Rich has been hired as an assistant director of marketing.
"Kendra and Logan will be integral to the success of our external staff," said Duffy. "They come to Vermillion with experience working at the FCS level, immediately bringing new ideas and energy to the table. I cannot wait for Coyote Nation to see their contributions come to life on gameday."
McNames arrives at USD from Northern Iowa, where he has spent the past year as the ticket operations manager. He assisted in the renewal process for all five of UNI's ticketed sports, maintained events in the Paciolan ticketing software and handled the day-to-day operations of the athletic box office. Prior to UNI, McNames also has experience as a staffing operations manager with Big Top Sports and Entertainment in Madison, Wisconsin, and spent a season as a ticket operations assistant for the Frisco RoughRiders Baseball Club in Texas.
McNames graduated from the University of North Texas in December of 2022 with a bachelor's of business administration with an emphasis in sport management.
Rich comes to Vermillion from the University of Central Arkansas, where she spent the past two years as a graduate assistant for athletic marketing. She managed game presentation and marketing for designated sports, which included women's basketball, baseball, and men's and women's soccer. Rich has also spent the past two summers working as a production staff member for the Arkansas Travelers Baseball Club.
Hailing from Salem, Arkansas, Rich graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2022 with a bachelor's of business administration. She was the Bears' lead marketing intern for two years of her undergraduate career before being retained as a graduate assistant. She completed her master's degree in sport management in May of 2024.
