VERMILLION, S.D. — The South Dakota volleyball team announced Wednesday its four-match 2025 spring schedule starting at the end of March and running to the middle of April.
The Coyotes will play three games on the road starting on March 29 in Omaha, Nebraska where they'll play The Volleyball Academy.
South Dakota will then head to Madison, South Dakota on April 5 to face North Dakota State at 1:00 p.m. The competition between the Yotes and Bison will take place at Madison High School as part of the America's Hometown Volleyball Showdown. Coyote middle
Audrey Nelson is a native of Madison, South Dakota and played her prep volleyball at Madison High School.
The match between USD and NDSU will be a ticketed event. Tickets are available for purchase at
www.chamberofmadisonsd.com and will start at $25 per ticket but will increase to $30 per ticket on March 5. There is also an option to purchase courtside tickets for $50.
The following Thursday, USD will head up I-29 to face the University of Sioux Falls on April 10 at the Stewart Center in Sioux Falls.
USD wraps up its spring schedule on its home floor on Tuesday, April 15 against Augustana in the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.
Match times against The Volleyball Academy, University of Sioux Falls and Augustana are to be determined.
Coyote volleyball captured its fifth Summit League Tournament Championship and fifth NCAA National Tournament appearance in the last seven years in the Fall of 2024. The Coyotes return 10 players from last year's squad, and welcomed two newcomers who will train with the Yotes this spring.
