VERMILLION, S.D. — The University of South Dakota Men's Basketball team will host its
fourth annual Black History Month game during its home matchup against Omaha on
Tuesday, February 25 at 6 p.m. inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.
Throughout the evening, USD Athletics will highlight themes of leadership, resilience, culture, and excellence while celebrating the important role Black student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and community members play within the University of South Dakota and the sport of basketball.
The night will feature a
high-energy halftime and post-game performance by The Pack Drumline, a nationally recognized group that has performed on
America's Got Talent and at
Super Bowl LVIII. Additional in-game elements recognizing Black History Month will include special video features, public address recognitions, and music selections that honor Black history and culture.
Tipoff between the Coyotes and Omaha is scheduled for
6 p.m., with doors opening one hour prior. Tickets are available at GoYotes.com/Tickets.
