VERMILLION, S.D. — The continued growth and trajectory of South Dakota Athletics was on full display this past Friday, April 17 at the 13^th annual red-tie event, Calling All Coyotes, at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. For the third-straight year, the athletic department is excited to announce another record-breaking auction total of $900,359.
 
CorTrust Bank served as the presenting sponsor for the evening, which included silent and live auctions with drinks and a plated dinner.
 
"We are so grateful to Coyote Nation. Last Friday was a tremendous celebration of our student-athletes and fans and it was great seeing so much passion for Coyote Athletics," said Athletic Director Jon Schemmel. "I want to thank all our sponsors, donors, and fans for their support and Logan, the Yote Fund team, board, and volunteers for putting together a great event!"
 
After the 2025 event that saw an increased amount from 2024 of over $200,000, the total earned this year again went up nearly $100,000 and hit the $900,000 mark for the first time ever. In total, the Calling All Coyotes auction has now raised over $5 million dollars for the Yote Fund since its inception 13 years ago.
