At the Summit League Championships placed fifth in the 400 IM (4:33.73), sixth in the 1650 free (17:37.45) and 14th in the 500 free (5:08.42), swimming season best times in all three events...won the 1650 free in a dual with St. Thomas...also in dual with St. Thomas finished second in the 500 free, third in the 400 IM and fourth in the 200 free...placed in the top 10 in 12 events...Academic All-Summit League...made the Summit League honor roll...named to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Fall collegiate season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic … placed 24th at the Sarasota-Bradenton Triathlon Elite race in March with a clocking of 1:02:04.8.
Swimming & Diving
At the Summit League Championships placed fourth in the 1650 free (17:37.28), sixth in the 500 free (5:07.77) and ninth in the 400 IM (4:37.12), swimming season best times in all three events...won the 800 free (9:33.63) in a home dual with South Dakota State...placed second in the 500 free, second in the 1000 free, fourth in the 1650 free and 10th in the 200 IM during the Quad Duals...won the 1650 free at the Coyote Extravaganza...placed in the top 10 in 13 events...Academic All-Summit League...made the Summit League honor roll...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2019-20
Triathlon
All-American … became South Dakota’s first All-American in triathlon when she placed third at the USA Triathlon National Championships in 1:07:21 … the moment was named the 2019-20 Performance of the Year at The Charlies annual awards ceremony … member of the Coyotes’ national runner-up team for the second-straight year …clocked a season-best of 1:02:06 at the Central Regional where she placed fourth … led the Coyotes at both the USA Triathlon National Championships and the Central Regional … finished runner-up at the USD Invitational in 1:05:05 … also took sixth at the West Regional in 1:05:50 … owns the fastest and third-fastest times on the Tempe Town Lake course in Tempe, Arizona, where the USA Triathlon National Championships are held … earned CTCA Scholar All-America honors.

Redshirted … swam for the Coyotes’ swimming and diving squad.

South Dakota's Female Rookie of the Year ... placed sixth at the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championship with a time of 1:05.27.7 … member of the Coyotes’ national runner-up team in the program’s inaugural season … named All-West Region Freshman by the Collegiate Triathlon Coaches Association … finished fourth at the West Regional Qualifier in a season best 1:02:38 … won the season opening dual with Black Hills State with a time of 1:03:23 … earned CTCA Scholar All-America honors.

At the Summit League Championships posted finishes of sixth in the 1650 free (17:40.17), 10th in the 400 IM (4:35.89) and 15th in the 500 free (5:12.66)...on Coyote Top 10 list sits ninth in the 1650 free (17:40.17)...won the 800 free in duals with Minnesota State and South Dakota State...won the 1650 free in a dual with Western Illinois...placed in the top 10 in 11 events…season bests came in the 200 free (1:59.05), 400 free (4:42.24), 500 free (5:12.66), 800 free (9:30.92), 1000 free (10:55.33), 100 IM (1:03.95), 200 IM (2:16.79) and 400 IM (4:35.89).… made the Summit League honor roll.
Outdoor Track & Field
Placed third in the 1,500 meters at the USD Twilight with a time of 5:02.60 … made the Summit League honor roll.

Placed fourth in the 2017 USA Triathlon High School National Championships with a time of 1 hour, 13 minutes and 58 seconds ... led Sammy's Fox Valley Region Club to a national title ... also recorded a 12th-place finish at the Junior Elite North American Championships in March of 2018 ... a four-time all-Big Northern Conference runner for Dixon High School on the track and cross country course ... holds personal bests of 5:13 in the mile and 2:25 for 800 meters ... has also clocked 5:16 for the 500 freestyle and 18:28 for the 1,650 free in the pool ... a member of the National Honor Society.
