All-America first team honoree … All-West Region team … CTCA Scholar All-America … placed fourth at the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championships with a time of 1:05:23 at Tempe Town Lake … was the Coyotes’ first finisher at the national meet … placed seventh at the West Regional Qualifier with a time of 1:02:38 at Stockton First Beach in Missouri … led South Dakota with a ninth-place finish at the Oktoberfest Invitational in 1:03:14 at Union Reservoir.

Triathlon
All-America second team honoree … CTCA Scholar All-America … helped the Coyotes place third in the team race at the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championships … placed 14th at nationals individually in 1:08:11.7 at Tempe Town Lake … took seventh at the Smith Mountain Lake regional qualifier in 1:03:53.6 … took ninth at Pleasant Prairie in 1:02:58.1 as USD’s second runner.

2020-21
Triathlon
Fall collegiate season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic … posted a time of 58:45.4 for 18th place at the Sarasota-Bradenton Triathlon Elite race in March … clocked the fastest time by a collegian at the Clermont Elite Cup in March with a clocking of 1:01:38.4 for 14th place … earned CTCA Scholar All-America honors.

Indoor Track & Field

Outdoor Track & Field
Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season-best of 11:18.69 and finished runner-up in the steeple at the South Dakota Tune-Up … moved to 10th in USD program history with the time … also took third in the 1,500 meters at the USD Twilight … tallied three top-10 finishes during the season … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

2019-20
Triathlon
All-Central Region Freshman as named by the College Triathlon Coaches Association (CTCA) … All-West Region Freshman as named by the CTCA … placed seventh at the USA Triathlon National Championships in 1:08:26 … member of the Coyotes’ national runner-up team … received Coyote Character Award at The Charlies … clocked a season-best of 1:02:12 at the Central Regional and placed fifth … won the USD Invitational in 1:04:38 … also led the Coyotes at the West Regional with a fifth-place finish in a time of 1:05:30 … the West Regional time was the second-fastest by a Coyote at the Belle Fourche Reservoir course in Belle Fourche, South Dakota … earned CTCA Scholar All-America honors.

Indoor Track & Field
Competed at one meet during the season … placed eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet with a time of 10:58.88 … made the Summit League honor roll.

Season cancelled by NCAA and The Summit League due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Prep
Named the 2018 Junior Athlete of the Year by Triathlon Ontario ... placed ninth at the 2018 Sarasota CAMTRI North American Championships with a time of 1:01:35 ... also top-three at the Ontario Provincial Championships two years in a row ... placed seventh at the 2017 Junior National Championships and went on to take 16th at the 2017 Pan American Championships ... improved to 12th at the same Pan American event in 2018 ... a standout cross country and track and field athlete at Milton District High School ... won six Halton Region championships on the track, paired with an individual Halton title on the cross country course as a senior ... raced at seven OFSAA Championships in high school ... also played volleyball for the Mustangs, helping them capture a Halton title as a sophomore.
