Placed fifth as a part of the Coyotes’ distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships … also finished 13th in the mile and 14th in the 5,000 meters at the league meet … clocked a season-best mile time of 4:19.10 at the SDSU Last Chance meet for seventh place … took fourth in the 3,000 meters at the SDSU Holiday Invite … tallied eight top10 finishes during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field
Finished 11th in the 1,500 meters and 18th in the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season-best 1,500-meter time of 3:55.98 for fourth place at the South Dakota Tune-Up … ran on the Coyotes’ fifth-place 4xone mile relay at the Drake Relays … the relay clocked 17:06.13, which ranks fourth in program history … also ran on USD’s ninth-place 4x800-meter relay at Drake … finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the Wildcat Classic in 15:52.19 … tallied six top-10 finishes during the season … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

Captured an individual South Dakota Class A Championship title as a senior, crossing the finish line in 16:07 ... garnered National High School Athletic Coaches Association (NHSACA) All-America honors in 2017 and 2018 for cross country ... a five-time state medalist in cross country and five-time medalist on the track ... holds Beresford High School records for the 1,600 meters (4:24), 3,200 meters (9:41) and 5,000 meters in cross country (15:58) ... also played basketball for the Watchdogs ... a member of the National Honor Society.
