2014
Played in seven of 12 games … appeared on special teams and as a reserve fullback.

2013
Played in the first five games and earned two starts at fullback before sustaining a season-ending injury ... hauled in his first collegiate pass against Missouri State (10/5) ... helped pave the way for a 219-yard rushing performance at Kansas in his second collegiate start (9/7).

2012
Played in nine of 11 games and earned a start at fullback vs. UNI (11/10)...played defensively against Indiana State and had two tackles including one on special teams (10/27)...MVFC Honor Roll.

2011
Saw action in two games as a redshirt freshman for the Coyotes against Northwestern Oklahoma State and Missouri S&T.

2010
Redshirted his first season in the USD program.

A two-position all-state honoree, Tom Manning excelled for Coach Jim Horne at Class 4A Kelly Walsh...notched 779 yards on 85 carries and scored seven touchdowns as a senior to earn first-team all-state accolades as a running back, but punted 14 times for an average of 39.8 yards per attempt to claim first-team honors as a punter also...defensively, he notched 22 tackles. Manning earned first-team all-state honors as a running back as a junior and all-conference accolades twice...also participated in basketball.
