Her senior season was highlighted by a 9th place finish at the Tim Young Invitational in a time of 18:55 (5k)…she was the second Coyote at the Roy Griak Invitational with an 87th place finish…finished 24th in a time of 23:30 (6k) at the Summit League Conference championships…rounded out the Coyote scorers at the NCAA Regional meet in 113th place, with a season-best time of 22:59 (6k).
Track & Field
Had four top-10 finishes in seven races competed in...placed second in the 1,500 at the Mount Marty Twilight...had season-best indoor finish of eighth in the 3,000 at the USD Alumni Meet with a time of 10:47.86...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll with Distinguished Scholar status...named to Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2011-12
Track & Field
Won three events on the season, including 10,000 meters at Sioux City Relays, 5,000 meters at USD-SDSU-UND Double Dual and the mile at Bill Hillenbrand (indoor)...set personal-best in 10,000 meters (38:05) at Summit League Outdoor Championships (05/10/12)...ran personal-best in 5,000 meters (17:23) at Summit League Indoor Championship (2/26/12)...recorded a pair of top five finishes at indoor meet, in 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters...named Summit League Distinguished Scholar for winter/spring season...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2010-11
Track & Field
Competed in both indoor and outdoor seasons during 2010-2011 for the Coyote...had a fourth place finish at the Great West Indoor Championships in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:59.8...finished second place in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 39:31.12 at the Sioux City Relays during the outdoor season...completed the outdoor season with a sixth-place finish at the Great West Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meter run.
Northern State University
Scored in all six meets for the Wolves...was the Wolves' second runner in first meet...finished 82nd at the NCAA II Central Region Championships in a 6k time of 24:39...finished 57th at the NSIC Championships.
Prep
Had a breakthrough 2009 track season in which she lowered her times in every event she ran, helping her qualifying for the SD AA State Track and Field Meet in all three distance events...earned her best state meet performance at 2008 cross country, finishing in 22nd place, before going on to become an all-state track and field performer with a fourth place finish in the 800...also finished 11th in the 1600 and helped her sprint medley and 4x400 relay teams to solid finishes...held personal bests of 2:18 in the 800, 5:18 in the 1,600, and 11:32 in the 3,200...earned all-conference scholar-athlete honors and was named SDCCTCA All-Academic...ran for coach Fory Flanagan.
