Named to All-Summit League team at both the league indoor and outdoor championships...helped 4x400 relay place second and individually placed eighth in the 400 at Summit League Outdoor Championships...helped the distance medley relay team place second, the 4x400 relay place third and individually placed fourth in the 400 at the Summit League Indoor Championships...won the 400 at the Duals...had season-best time of 56.63 in the 400 at the Arizona State Invitational...placed third in the 400 indoors at the Iowa State Classic and outdoors the Howard Wood Dakota Relays...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll with Distinguished Scholar status...named to Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Earned two All-Summit League honors as part of winning 4x100 relay (46.63) and 4x400 relay (3:45.03) which took third at outdoor championships...won the 400 meters at the Nebraska Invitational with a time of 56.31...ran a personal-best of 56.10 in 400 meters at Long Beach State Invitational...also earned All-Summit League honor indoors as part of distance medley relay team that took third (12:06.29)...had two individual wins in 400 meters during season...named to Academic All-Summit League team...also named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2011
Participated on the USD 4 x 400 relay team that finished fourth at the Great West Indoor Championships...also finished fifth place in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 57.74 seconds...ran an outdoor season-best 57.48 in the 400-meter dash SDSU/UND Double Dual...named to Great West Academic All-Conference team in indoor and outdoor track.

2010
Earned two All-Great West honors...member of the 4x400-meter relay that placed second at the GWC Indoor Championships...also placed ninth in the 400 meters at the event...member of the 4x400-meter relay that placed third at the GWC Outdoor Championships...also placed 11th in the 400 meters at the event...notched season bests of 26.45 in the 200 meters, 58.20 in the 400 meters and 2:25 in the 800 meters.

Prep
Was a three-year state qualifier in four different events for Coach Scott Steuernagel at North High School....posted a school record 58.71 in the 400 meters...also holds the school record in the 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relay...claimed two conference crowns in the 400 meters and also won sectionals as a sophomore...won four letters in track and field and three in cross country...state qualifier in cross country as a sophomore...named honorable mention both her sophomore and junior seasons...also participated in gymnastics and diving.
