Helped DMR finish fourth and individually finished 14th during The Summit League Indoor Championships ... placed 11th in the 10,000 and 14th in the 5,000 at The Summit League Outdoor Championships ... during the indoor season, finished second in the 3,000 at the USD Twilight and placed sixth in the mile at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet ... during the outdoor season, finished sixth in the 5,000 at the Sioux City Relays and was seventh in the 5,000 at both the USD Snowbird and the Wildcat Classic...named to the Summit League honor roll, earning Distinguished Scholar status ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence

Consistently remained among the team’s lead pack…had a pair of top 15 finishes…was the third Coyote to cross the finish line at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 23:53 (6k)…finished in 23:31 (6k) for 25th place at the Summit League Conference championships…ended the season with a 94th place finish at the NCAA Regional meet in a season-best time of 22:40 (6k)…named to the Summit League’s Distinguished Scholar’s list.
Track & Field
Placed eighth in the 5,000 at the Summit League Indoor Championships...member of the school-record 4x1600-meter relay team set at Drake Relays with a time of 20:26.57...opened the indoor season by winning the 5,000 at the Jack Johnson Classic...finished sixth in the 10,000 at the Kansas Relays with personal-best time of 37:49.16....finished fourth in the mile the Iowa State Qualifier with a personal-best time of 5:06.72...finished ninth in the 10,000 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll with Distinguished Scholar status...named to Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Ran a personal-best of 38:48 in 10,000 meters at Summit League Outdoor Championships...was second in 5,000 meters at Nebraska Invitational (18:32.16)...won the mile at Graphic Edge Alumni Meet (5:09.95), which was personal-best...also had personal-bests of 10:10.58 (3,000 meters) and 17:36.81 (5,000 meters) during indoor season... named to Academic All-Summit League team, earning Distinguished Scholar status...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Track & Field
Had an indoor season-best third place finish in the 1 mile run at the USD Twilight Meet by running a time of 5:10.21...also earned a fifth place finish during the indoor season in the 3,000-meter run at the USD Alumni Meet...finished eighth at the GWC Outdoor Championships by running a 40:40.03 in the 10,000 meter run...earned a second place finish at the Nebraska Open in the 5,000 -meter run.
Prep
Came to USD after being named Spartan Runner of the Year during her junior and senior cross country seasons...part of Lincoln East's 2006 cross country team that was state runner-up...placed 11th at the state meet in 2008 and 2009...a three-time track letter winner and six-time state medalist, she finished fifth in both the 1,600 and 3,200 meters at the state track meet as a junior...then named Most Valuable on the Track of her high school team...at the 2010 state championships she finished sixth in the 3,200 clocking in at 11:46...was also a member of three 4x800-meter relay teams that have placed in the top-eight at the state meet...had personal bests of 15:32 in the 4,000 meters, 5:22 in the 1,600, and 11:46 in the 3,200...in the classroom, was a member of the National Honor Society and was named to the honor roll every semester of her prep career and was named to the academic all-state team for cross country in 2008 and 2009 and for track in 2009 and 2010.
