Outdoor Track & Field
Summit League 400-meter hurdles champion with a career best time of 51.87 … also took fifth in the 400 meters and ran on the fifth-place 4x400-meter relay at the Summit League Championships … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400 hurdles … won the 400 hurdles at the Bobcat Invitational, Dakota Duals, CSULA Twilight and Long Beach Invitational … also recorded career bests in winning the 400 meters (47.89) and finishing runner-up in the 200 meters (22.02) at the Dakota Duals … ranks second in the 400 hurdles (51.87) and ninth in the 400 meters (47.89) in school history … named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2012-13
Earned All-Summit League honors after helping the 4x400-meter relay win (3:22.26) and the distance medley relay team place second at the Summit League Indoor Championships...was part of 4x400 relay team that placed fourth at the Summit League Outdoor Championships...individually placed fifth in the 400 hurdles and eighth in the 110 hurdles...110 hurdle time of 16.68 at the league outdoor championships was a college-best...helped win the sprint medley at the Howard Wood Relays.

2011-12
Earned two All-Summit League honors...was part of 4x400 relay team that won Summit League Outdoor Championship with time of 3:16,33 and was also part of winning 4x400 relay team that claimed title at indoor conference meet (3:17.77)...ran a personal-best of 54.03 in 400-meter hurdles at Summit League Outdoor Championships...also had personal-bests of 49.43 (400-meter dash) and 8.75 (60-meter hurdles)...named to Academic All-Summit League team.

Finished as the state champion in the 300-meter hurdles as a junior...was the runner-up in the event as a senior...also part of state champion 4 x 400 relay teams in back-to-back years...also part of the school record holding 4 x 400 relay as well.
