Earned first-team all-conference with a 7th place finish at the Summit League Conference championships in a time of 25:49 (8k)…finished runner-up at the Tim Young Invitational with a career-best time of 25:16 (8k).…capped off his senior season by leading the team to a 12th place finish in South Dakota’s first year of eligibility at the Regional meet by placing 38th with a time of 31:15 (10k).

Scored in three events at the Summit League Indoor Championships and earned All-Summit League honors...anchored the distance medley relay to a second-place finish while individually placing seventh in the 3,000 and eighth in the 5,000 at the meet...had career-best time of 14:46.71 in the 5,000 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...helped 4xMile team place third at the Kansas Relays...placed third in the 3,000 at the USD Open...had career-best 3,000 time of 8:26.34 during fourth-place finish at the Iowa State Classic...placed fourth in the steeplechase at the Duals.

Earned All-Summit League honors as part of distance medley relay that finished second at indoor championships with time of 9:59.91...won the 5,000 meters at Double Dual with time of 15:26...ran season-best of 30:36.62 (10,000 meters) at Drake Relays, and also ran season-best of 9:27.27 in steeplechase at Sioux City Relays...had top seven finishes in 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters at Summit League Outdoor Championships.

Earned one All-Great West Conference honor with a third-place finish at the GWC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000-meter run... also placed fourth at the outdoor championships in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 33:11.77...recorded a fourth-place finish at the indoor conference championships in the 5,000 meter run in addition to a seventh place finish in the 3,000 meter run...ran an indoor season-best 8:38.08 en route to a first place finish at the Iowa State Classic.

Notched an exceptional freshman campaign with promising season-bests in several events...ran the fastest 5,000 meters ever by a USD freshman with a 14:58 at the Howard Wood Relays (4/30)...posted a 4:00 in the 1500 meters at the Nebraska Open...earned a season-best 31:20 in the 10,000 meters at the Beach Invite (4/15)...notched season-best of 4:30 in the mile and 8:56 in the 3,000 meters during the indoor season.
