Earned all-Summit League honors as a member of the Coyotes’ third-place 4x400-meter relay which finished in 3:51.71 … placed sixth in the 400 meters at the Summit League Championships with a 57.82 clocking … posted a season best of 56.87 seconds at the Tyson Invitational … won the 400 meters in 58.25 seconds at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet … clocked 56.92 seconds in the 400 meters for third place at the SDSU Holiday Open … tallied 11 top-10 finishes during the season.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit League honors as a member of the Coyotes’ second-place 4x100-meter relay which clocked 46.08 seconds … also garnered all-Summit honors as a member of the Coyotes’ 4x400-meter relay which placed third in 3:47.49 … placed fourth in the open 400 meters with a season-best time of 56.09 seconds at the Summit League Championships … won the 400 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays with a clocking of 56.23 seconds … also ran on the Coyotes’ victorious 4x100-meter relay at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays … placed fifth in the 400 meters at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate in 56.58 seconds … ran on the Coyotes’ eighth-place sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays … recorded 14 top-10 finishes during the season … made the Summit League honor roll ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Indoor Track & Field
Placed sixth in the 400 meters and ran a leg of the Coyotes’ fourth-place 4x400-meter relay at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season best of 56.70 seconds for 400 meters in the final of the Summit meet … won the 400 meters at the USD Last Chance Meet in 57.98 seconds and at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in 58.20 seconds … finished third in the 400 meters at the Hawkeye Invitational … took fifth in the 60 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in 8.02 seconds … recorded seven top-10 finishes during the season.

Outdoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit League honors in the 400 meters … clocked 55.19 seconds for third place and became the first Coyote to place in the top-3 of the event at the Summit meet … the mark ranks seventh on USD’s all-time charts … ran the 400-meter leg of the record-setting distance medley relay at the Drake Relays … the Coyotes clocked 11:40.68 to break an 11-year-old South Dakota program record in the distance medley … won the 400 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays, Sioux City Relays and Wildcat Classic … clocked 55.35 seconds for the 400 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays … ran a leg of the Coyotes’ 4x200-meter relay that clocked 1:39.90 at the Sioux City Relays to move to fifth on USD’s all-time charts … notched wind-aided times of 12.37 seconds for 100 meters and 25.50 seconds for 200 meters to place third at the USD Twilight … tallied nine top-three finishes during the season … made the Summit League honor roll ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2015-16
Indoor Track & Field
Anchored the Coyotes’ runner-up 4x400 relay for all-Summit honors and placed sixth in the 400 meters at the Summit League Championships … won the 600 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic in 1:35.58 … also captured the 400 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in 57.88 seconds … posted a season best 400 time of 56.69 seconds at the Jim Emmerich Invitational … moved to eighth on the all-time record books for the 400 meters … took third in the 400 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up in 56.96 seconds.

Earned all-Summit League honors by running a leg of the runner-up 4x400 relay … also finished eighth in the 400 meters with a season best time of 57.53 seconds at the Summit League Championships … won the 400 meters in 57.90 seconds at the USD Twilight … took ninth in the 400 meters with a time of 57.76 at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invitational … ranks fifth in school history in the 4x400 relay (3:46.88).

Earned all-Summit League honors in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays … also placed sixth in the open 400 meters at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season best 55.75 seconds in 400 preliminaries at the league meet … ran a leg of the school record 4x200 relay in 1:37.91 that took fourth at the Drake Relays … won the 200 meters in a season best 25.42 seconds at the Nebraska Invitational … ran on the winning 4x400 relay, placed third in the 100 meters and fourth in the 400 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays … clocked a season best 100 meter time of 12.56 seconds at the Mt. Marty Twilight … placed fifth in the 400 meters at the Dakota Duals, CSULA Twilight Open and Husker Spring Invitational … ranks first in the 4x200 relay (1:37.91), second in the 4x400 relay (3:42.57), fifth in the 4x100 relay (46.51), seventh in the sprint medley relay (3:57.87) and ninth in the 400 meters (55.75) in school history ... named to the Summit League honor roll, earning Distinguished Scholar status.

Prep
Six-time varsity letter winner in track at Sturgis Brown High School and the 2013 state champion in the 400-meters...added second-place finishes in the 100, 200 and 800 in Class AA at the state meet in 2013...holds the fourth fastest 400 time in South Dakota history at 55.77.
