Competed at two meets during the season … clocked a season best 5:11.48 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic … took 17th in the mile at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet.

Placed fourth in the 800 meters at the USD Twilight with a time of 2:20.35 … recorded a season best of 2:19.31 in the 800 meters for 10th at the ORU Invitational … clocked a season best 5:07.99 in the 1,500 meters at the South Dakota Invitational.

Notched a season best 23:31.2 for 6,000 meters at Iowa’s NCAA Regional Preview … also finished in 24:15.6 at the Bradley Classic … took 27th at the Augustana Twilight.
Indoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit League honors in the distance medley relay, helping the team place second in 11:59.96 … the distance medley relay posted the sixth-fastest time in USD program history … also finished 10th in the mile in 5:03.23 at the Summit League Championships … notched a personal best of 4:54.76 in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational to rank fifth on USD’s all-time charts … clocked a season best 2:17.63 to place third in the 800 meters at the Hawkeye Invitational … placed third in the 800 meters at the USD Last Chance Meet in 2:18.15 ... tallied six individual top-10 finishes during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field
Finished 13th in the 1,500 meters and 15th in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships … clocked 2:15.56 for the 800 meters and 4:48.63 for 1,500 meters at the Summit meet … notched a season best 2:15.09 in the 800 meters to place seventh at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays … ran a leg of the Coyotes’ 4x800-meter relay at the Drake Relays which posted the fifth-fastest time in program history in 9:15.60 … notched a season best of 4:37.94 in the 1,500 meters at the USD vs. SDSU Dual with a fourth-place finish in the race … also took fourth in the 800 meters at the USD vs. SDSU Dual with a time of 2:15.34 … recorded seven top-10 finishes throughout the season.

Earned NJCAA All-America honors in cross country, the half marathon, the indoor 800 meters, the indoor 1,000 meters and the indoor mile during the 2013-14 season ... a four-time academic all-american ... improved personal bests to 2:17 for 800 meters and 5:04 for the mile.
Prep
Raced to all-state honors in cross country all four years with a top finish of seventh as a freshman ... led Glasgow Senior High School to four-straight team titles ... added 10 all-state honors on the track with one team title ... earned academic all-state honors each season ... twice earned academic all-state for basketball ... held personal bests of 60 seconds for 400 meters, 2:20 for 800 meters and 5:28 for 1,600 meters ...
