Two-time Missouri River Conference cross country champion in 2011 and 2012...anchored the Crusaders distance medley relay to a fourth place finish at the Iowa State Meet...also placed in the 1500 twice, finished seventh as a sophomore (4:59) and eighth as a junior (5:01)...holds cross country personal best of 15:24 in the 4,000 meters...on the honor roll every semester...National Honor Society member.
