A. Transfers of deceased season ticket holder's tickets may only be made to immediate family members of the current season ticket holder (son, daughter, etc...)
       1. At the time of death, if there is a spouse surviving, no transfer is necessary. All priority points, years of continuous purchases and giving history will transfer within the account. This is the only condition in which those terms apply.
       2. Transferring to immediate family other than spouse is as follows:
               a. Only season tickets may be transferred
               b. Priority points, years of continuous purchases and giving history will not transfer
               c. Immediate family of deceased season ticket holder must notify the athletic ticket office with a request to transfer season tickets
               d. If a minimum donation to the Howling Pack is required for those specific seats, that donation must be made by the new season ticket holder prior to transfer.
B. In the event of a divorce or separation that does not result in the resolution for who retains the season tickets, the Coyote athletic ticket office will absorb the season tickets for the following season.
       1. In the event that divorce/separation occurs after the distribution of the season tickets, it is up to the season ticket holders for best use until the season is over.
      2. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
C. All season ticket holders will be allowed to transfer their season tickets to immediate family members only.
       1. Immediate family members are limited to a spouse, a parent, a child, a sibling, or to a domestic partner of the current season ticket holder.
       2. New or existing account holders receiving transferred season tickets must assume the applicable season donations. Financial giving history will not transfer.
       3. In order to transfer season tickets, the current season ticket holder must contact the Coyote ticket office by phone at 605-677-5959.
All transfer requests must be made before the start of the season and will be at the discretion of the South Dakota ticket office.
