The workout below includes 4 weeks of programming as well as a guide for warm-ups in the "Daily Movement Prep" section at the bottom. 
These workouts can be completed using simple things around your home. For the Waiter's Walks, Suitcase Carry or Farmer's Walk, a bucket of sand would make a great option. If you are looking to do the box jumps, a park bench or chair would work well.
