Placed 35th at the Summit League Championships with a time of 27:40.59 … clocked a season best of 27:18.8 for 8,000 meters at the Roy Griak Invitational … was the third Coyote across the line at the NCAA Midwest Regionals, finishing 153rd with a time of 34:02.4 for 10,000 meters … placed in the Coyotes’ top-seven for five of six meets during the year.

Posted a season best of 9:02.70 for 3,000 meters at the SDSU Holiday Invitational, placing seventh in the field … also clocked a season-best mile time of 4:28.47 at the Hawkeye Invitational … took third in the mile at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in 4:34.69.
Outdoor Track & Field
Finished 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 18th in the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season-best 9:38.86 for the steeplechase at the South Dakota Challenge … best 5,000-meter time of 15:51.05 came at the Sioux City Relays … won the steeplechase at the Wildcat Classic in 10:02.43 … finished runner-up in the steeplechase in 9:39.74 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.
Iowa Central CC
Helped the Tritons capture the NJCAA Half-Marathon team title in 2017 ... finished 17th in the race with a time of 1:14:51.9 ... on the track, Iowa Central defended its NJCAA Region XI title in 2018 ... placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
Prep
Ran a leg of Westside High School’s runner-up 4x800-meter relay at the 2016 Nebraska Class A Track & Field Championships ... also raced in the open 800 meters at the meet ... holds personal bests of 16:47 for 5,000 meters on the cross country course, 4:32 in the 1,600 meters and 9:51 in the 3,200 meters.
