st at the Summit League Championships with an 8k 25:42.3… placed runner-up in each of his first two races… ran 18:35.7 and 18:05.2 at the Coyote Invite and the Platte River Rimble to take second both times… ran an 8k personal best of 24:08.2 at the Gans Creek Classic… competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional, clocking 30:54.0 on the 10k track.
Indoor Track & Field
All-Summit League in the mile (4:06.43) and the 3,000-meters (8:11.16) by placing runner-up in both events at the Summit League Championships… also ran 14:43.8 in the 5,000-meters to place 12
th at the conference meet… set the school record to win the mile at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, running 4:03.01… took second in the 1,000-meters at 2:21.96 at the DeLoss Dodds… won Summit League Peak Performer honors following his performance at the DeLoss Dodds… also won the 3,000 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational by clocking 8:15.42… totaled seven top-5 finishes.
Outdoor Track & Field
All-Summit League in the 1,500-meters by placing third in 3:48.06… set the school record in the 1,500-meters with a personal best of 3:42.31 at the Cyclone Twilight… Drake Relays champion in the 1,500 at 3:45.62… set the school record in the distance medley relay at 9:37.21 to place third at the Drake Relays… ran an 800 best of 1:49.96 to place third at the USD Tune Up… added a runner-up 3:44.35 in the 1,500-meters at the Tune Up… took second in the distance medley at the Texas Relays in 9:46.63… added a fourth place in the 1,500-meters at 3:47.59 at the Texas Relays… totaled nine top-10 finishes.
Sioux Falls
A two-time all-NSIC honoree in cross country and a nine-time individual placewinner on the track for the Cougars ... owns a personal best of 3:46.08 in the 1,500 meters ... also holds USF's school record in the distance medley relay ... posted a time of 25:01 for 8,000 meters on the cross country course ... a six-time NSIC All-Academic honoreee.
