Took fourth in the 800-meters at the Summit League Championships with a personal best 2:12.57… raced to a PR in the 1,500-meters at the Mt. SAC Relays (4:38.48)… ran a leg of the 4x800 at the Drake Relays, clocking the second best time in school history (9:02.85)… won the 800 and placed third in the 1,500 at the USD Early Bird… totaled six top-10 finishes during the season.

A state champion middle distance runner from Nisswa, Minnesota ... captured the 800-meter gold at the Minnesota state meet as a sophomore ... a seven-time state medalist on the track and four-time all-state honoree in cross country ... won a national title in the 800-meter emerging elite division of the 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals with a personal best time of 2:12.67 ... other personal bests include 4:56.83 for 1,600 meters and 18:03.61 for 5,000 meters on the cross country course ... also a three-time state qualifier in alpine skiing, placing 11th as a junior ... garnered academic all-state honors in cross country, track & field, and alpine skiing ... one of 35 Minnesota students to receive the MSHSL ExCEL Award ... also the National Honor Society's Chancellor of Communications, the REEL North Alliance President, a member of student council and a leadership council member.
