Competed at the USD Early Bird… took second in 9:27.61 in the 3,000-meter steeple.

Cross Country
Placed 19th at the Summit League Championships with an 8,000-meter personal best run of 25:25.6...competed at the NCAA DIvision I Midwest Region Championship, running 33:21.3 in the 10k race...broke under 26 minutes in the 8k at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 25:38.6.
Indoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit League honors in the distance medley, helping the Coyotes to a third place finish in a time of 10:03.56, the fifth quickest time in USD history...member of the Coyotes' Summit League Championship title-winning team...ran a personal best 4:13.63 in the mile to place third at the Nebraska Tune-Up the week prior to the conference meet...also set new personal bests in the 3,000 (8:31.91) at the SDSU Indoor Classic and the 1,000 (2:35.81) at the USD Alumni Meet...won the mile with a time of 4:20.37 at the USD Alumni Meet...recorded six top-10 finishes during the season.

Placed 10th at the Summit League Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:45.14...set a personal best 9:23.59 in the 3,000 steeple the week prior at the USD Invite...set a personal best 3:55.65 in the 1,500 at the USD Challenge, placing third...totaled eight top-10's over the course of the season.
Northwest Missouri State
Spent freshman year racing for the Bearcats, qualifying for the program's conference and regional squads ... collegiate 8,000-meter best came at the Platte River Rumble, clocking 25:34.7 for 40th in the combined-division meet ... also owns collegiate bests of 4:26 for the mile, 8:42 for 3,000 meters and 9:25 for the 3,000-meter steeplechase.

A three-time qualifier for the state championships at Lincoln Southeast High School ... a member of the National Honor Society, an academic all-conference and academic all-state honoree.
