Four-time all-state cross country runner and five-time all state track athlete… holds personal bests of 15:55 in the 5k cross country distance and 4:21 in the 1,600 on the track… all-conference basketball and baseball player for Pelican Rapids… four sport athlete and academic all-state four times.
