Competed in six competitions during the season... Ran a 6k season's best 23:15.4 at the Gans Creek Classic... Had a 5k season's best of 18:45.5 at the Platte River Rumble... placed ninth at the Mount Marty Invite with a 6k course time of 23:32.8.

Indoor Track & Field
Competed in two meets during the season... ran a 5:39.22 mile at the USD Alumni and a 19:52.44 5,000-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic. 
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Ran the 1,500-meters in four meets… had a season’s best 5:08.08 at the USD Tune Up… placed ninth at the USD Twilight running 5:08.98.

Prep
Team captain at Chamberlain High School ... a six-time state medalist in cross country and nine-time state medalist in track and field ... finished seventh as a senior at the South Dakota Class A Cross Country Championships in 18:48.91 ... personal records include times of 18:35 for 5,000 meters in cross country, 11:17 for 3,200 meters and 5:16 for 1,600 meters ... played basketball for the Cubs ... an honor roll student.
