Competed at five meets during the season … ran a mile personal best of 5:24.27 at the SDSU Holiday for fourth place …. Ran a 3000-meter best of 10:34.99 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni … added a fifth place finish in the mile at the USD Alumni with a time of 5:29.07.
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at six meets, running the 1500 five times and the 5000 once … ran 4:54.25 in the 1500 for a personal best and a fourth place finish at the USD Snooze Button Classic … ran a 5000-meter best of 19:21.72 for seventh at the Sioux City Relays … added a sixth place finish in the 1500 at the Mount Marty Twilight.

Competed in six competitions during the season... Ran a 6k season's best 23:15.4 at the Gans Creek Classic... Had a 5k season's best of 18:45.5 at the Platte River Rumble... placed ninth at the Mount Marty Invite with a 6k course time of 23:32.8.

Competed in two meets during the season... ran a 5:39.22 mile at the USD Alumni and a 19:52.44 5,000-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor Track & Field
Ran the 1,500-meters in four meets… had a season’s best 5:08.08 at the USD Tune Up… placed ninth at the USD Twilight running 5:08.98.
Prep
Team captain at Chamberlain High School ... a six-time state medalist in cross country and nine-time state medalist in track and field ... finished seventh as a senior at the South Dakota Class A Cross Country Championships in 18:48.91 ... personal records include times of 18:35 for 5,000 meters in cross country, 11:17 for 3,200 meters and 5:16 for 1,600 meters ... played basketball for the Cubs ... an honor roll student.
