th place finish at the Summit League Championships, running 24:56.7… Won the Platte River Rumble Gold race with a 6k time of 18:00.7, a personal best at that distance… ran 24:39.7 in an 8k at the Gans Creek Classic for a season’s best time… competed at the NCAA Midwest Region, running 32:09.0 on the 10k course.

All-Summit League in the Distance Medley Relay with a clocking on 10:02.05 to place third at the Summit League Championships… also competed in the 5,000-meters at the Summit League Championships, running 15:13.36… clocked a 3,000-meter best of 8:29.27 at the Mark Colligan Memorial… His season best in the mile was recorded at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational with a clocking of 4:16.73… placed inside the top 10 in all three individual races during the regular season.

Competed in the 5,000-meters at the Summit League Championships, running 15:20.23… won the 5,000-meters at the Bobcat Invitational, running 14:38.0… also won the 1,500 at the Mt. SAC Relays with a clocking on 3:52.88… Took third at the Drake Relays in the 5,000 with a 14:30.19 personal best… ran a 1,500 best of 3:52.24 at the USD Tune Up to place fourth… Added a fifth place finish in the 800 at the USD Early Bird with a best of 1:57.41… totaled six top 10’s during the season.

Placed third at the 2023 Iowa State Cross Country Championships as a senior ... was a member of Sioux City North's state championship team title as a freshman in 2020 and on the Stars' runner-up squad during sophomore season in 2021 ... on the track, placed fourth in the 1,600 meters as a junior ... owns personal bests of 15:00.28 for 5,000 meters on the cross country course and a personal best of 4:14.52 for 1,600 meters on the track ... coached by former Morningside head coach, David Nash.
