A four-time state medalist in helping Lincoln East to four-straight Nebraska state cross country championship titles in Class A ... also a five-time state medalist on the track, helping the Spartans' 4x800-meter relay take the all-class gold in 2023 ... individually placed fifth in the 1,600 meters with a personal best of 5:09.78 and took eighth in the open 800 meters ... owns a personal best of 18:13 for 5,000 meters on the cross country course ... coached by 2023-24 Nebraska Coach of the Year Brian Kabourek ... an academic all-state honoree and honor roll student.
