Placed sixth as a member of the Coyotes’ distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships … member of the Coyotes’ Summit League Championship title-winning team … won the mile at the South Dakota Kickoff … clocked a personal best mile time of 4:20.54 at the Nebraska Tune-Up … recorded a personal best of 8:55.46 for 3,000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic … took fourth in the mile at the USD Alumni Meet in 4:21.71 … tallied five top-10 finishes during the season.

Finished ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:49.95) and 13th in the 1,500 meters (3:57.48) at the Summit League Championships … won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the USD Tune-Up in a personal best time of 9:45.28 … also finished runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the USD Tune-Up … moved to sixth in South Dakota program history in the distance medley relay (10:04.61) at the Drake Relays … recorded a personal best 1,500-meter time of 3:55.68 at the Aztec Invitational … clocked 15:35.75 for sixth in the 5,000 meters at the Aztec Invitational … notched nine top-10 finishes outdoors.

Placed eighth in the 1,500 meters at the GPAC Outdoor Championships with a collegiate best of 4:08.24 for 1,500 meters ... took eighth in the mile indoors at the GPAC meet.

Prep
A three-time placewinner at the South Dakota Cross Country Championships ... helped Vermillion High School finish runner-up at the state meet three times and finish as the region champions three times ... won a pair of individual region titles ... ran on the Tanager's state runner-up 4x800-meter relay ... owned personal bests of 16:17 for 5,000 meters on the cross country course, 4:44 in the 1,600 meters and 10:11 for the 3,200 meters.
