Indoor Track & Field
Competed at five meets during the season … ran a season’s best mile time of 4:22.87 at the SDSU Indoor Classic … recorded a season’s best 3000-meter time of 8:40.96 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni … placed eighth at the USD Alumni in 4:26.13 … took sixth at the Nebraska Tune-Up in the 8:47.10 in the 3000 … recorded two top 10’s.
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at two meets, including the Summit League Championships … placed eighth in the 3000-meter steeplechase in 9:45.32 and 25
th in the 5000-meters in 15:41.98 … ran a 3000-meter steeple best of 9:37.82.
Prep
Two-time all-state cross country runner for Sturgis Brown High School… also racked up eight state placing finishes on the track for the Scoopers… won a 4x800 state title as the anchor leg in 2024… holds schools records in the 3,200 and sprint medley… personal bests include 15:47 in the 5k distance in cross country and 4:21 in the 1,600 and 9:27 in the 3,200 on the track.
