Tim Lydon joined the Coyotes in the spring of 2021 after serving as a graduate assistant at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Lydon serves the Coyotes’ video coordinator and assists mainly with special teams.
 
Lydon hails from Edina, Minnesota, and began his collegiate career at North Dakota State before transferring to St. John’s where he played running back. He earned his degree from St. John’s in elementary education and served as a kindergarten teacher at Hmong College Prep Academy in St. Paul during the 2018-19 academic year.
 
Lydon joined Concordia in 2019 and worked primarily with the linebackers that year. He transitioned to the defensive line as a graduate assistant in 2020. Lydon also served as video coordinator, social media coordinator and assisted with recruiting. He earned his master’s degree from Concordia in coaching and athletic administration in 2022.
