Competed in three events during the 2025–26 season for South Dakota, posting a 78.00 scoring average across seven rounds. He opened the year with a tie for 40th at the Red Bandanna Invitational and added a 79th-place finish at the Grier Jones Shocker Invitational. Whittle closed his season at the Summit League Championship, where he recorded rounds of 72-72-76 for a 220 (+5) and gained valuable postseason experience.
