Competed in five events during the 2025–26 season for South Dakota, posting a 76.87 scoring average across 15 rounds of play. He opened the fall with a strong showing at the Red Bandanna Invitational, finishing tied for 10th at 229 (+13). Hamak added a t-32nd finish at the Zach Johnson Invitational and carded a season-best round of 70 during the event. He closed his season with steady play at the Loyola Invitational, where he posted rounds of 75-75-75.

Holds the Sartell High School and Central Lakes Conference records for lowest 18-hole score with a 65 at Alexandria Golf Club ... led the Sabres to their first conference championship in more than 40 years, shooting a 66 in the final round ... earned the 2023 Central Lakes Conference season champion title with a stroke average of 68.5, the lowest scoring record for the conference.
