Played in 42 games with 19 starts as a true freshman … had three hits, four runs and three RBIs … stole two bases and drew three walks … recorded her first career hit, run and RBI all in the same game against East Texas A&M (Feb. 23) … went 1-for-1 at the plate with one RBI against St. Thomas (Mar. 27).

Prep
Was a four-time First Team All-Conference selection while helping the Blue Devils advance to the state tournament three times in Iowa Class 1A...She received All-State and All-District honors as a junior and senior as the Blue Devils finished as state runners-up two straight seasons...A National Honor Society member, she was a four-event state track qualifier in each of her first three years in high school, finishing fourth in the 400 hurdles as a junior after a seventh-place finish as a sophomore...Also a three-time All-Conference basketball performer.

Personal
German is the daughter of Britt and Craig German, and her sister Campbell is also a member of the Coyote softball team. She intends to study in kinesiology at USD.
