Played in 53 games with 46 starts as a true freshman … named to the All-Summit League First Team … tallied 53 hits, 40 runs, 17 RBIs, four walks and stole four bases … her five triples is tied for second most in a single season in program history … had 12 extra base hits with five doubles, a team-leading five triples and two homeruns … had 13 games with multiple hits and a nine-game hit streak … hit .433 during her nine-game hit streak with four extra base hits and seven RBIs … recorded her first career hit in the season opener against Texas Southern (Feb. 7) with a double and scored two runs in the game … was perfect at the plate (3-for-3) with a triple and two RBIs in the Summit League Tournament Championship game against Omaha (May 10) … went 3-for-5 with two RBIs against St. Thomas (Mar. 28) … hit .346 during the conference tournament with six runs and two triples …  in the series against North Dakota (Mar. 22-23), she went 5-for-11 with seven runs, a triple, one home run and four RBIs … scored at least run in six straight games from March 2 to March 8 … earned her first career Summit League Peak Performer of the Week on March 24 after the series against UND … was named the Summit League Peak Female Newcomer of the Month on April 3 after recording a .383 batting average with 18 hits, four extra base hits, nine RBIs and 15 runs.

McGee was a three-time First Team All-State, First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District member for the Warriors ... McGee ended her career as a Warrior with a .470 batting average, 221 hits, 83 stolen bases, 151 runs and 160 games played ... Off the field, McGee excelled in the classroom, receiving three All-Academic awards ... A four-year softball varsity letterwinner, McGee also competed in track & field for the Warriors.

McGee is the daughter of Jean and Keith McGee and plans to study in kinesiology at South Dakota.
