Ran a season-best 8,000-meter time of 27:00 at the Bradley Classic … placed 42nd at the Summit League Championships when he crossed the finish line in 28:42 … recorded a season-high finish of 15th at the Bison Invitational and ran a time of 19:55 for 6,000 meters … named to the Summit League's Distinguished Scholar list and made the Summit League honor roll.

Indoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit League honors by running a leg on the runner-up distance medley relay … also finished 11th in the one mile run to help the Coyote men capture their third-straight Summit League indoor title … won the 1,000 meters at the USD Twilight in 2:38.23 … clocked a season best 3,000 meter time of 8:54.16 while placing sixth at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Outdoor Track & Field
Finished 16th in the 10,000 meters at the Summit League Championships … placed second in the 10,000 meters at the Sioux City Relays with a season best time of 32:25.57 … finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. Marty Twilight ... named to the Summit League honor roll, earning Distinguished Scholar status.

Member of a two-time Minnesota state championship cross country team in 2010 and 2013...named team captain as a senior...anchored the Trojans 4x800 relay to a third place finish at the Minnesota state meet in 2014...also split a personal best of 1:56 on the relay at Sectionals...earned all-state, all-section and all-Lake Conference honors as a senior...ran a personal best of 9:27 in the two-mile at the 2014 Hamline Elite meet...earned All-Region honors at the 2013 Nike Heartland Regional cross country meet...helped Wayzata win the Roy Griak High School Gold Division in 2013.
