Earned All-Summit League honors after running the 1200m leg of the runner-up distance medley relay (10:23.03) at the Summit League Indoor Championships...won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in personal-best time of 9:35.87 at the Duals...placed third in the steeplechase at the Arkansas Spring Invitational...had career-best mile (4:18.52) and 5,000 (15:04.96) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...named to the Summit League's Academic Honor Roll with Distinguished Scholar Status...made Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Ran a personal-best of 3:59.60 in the 1500 meters at Mount Marty Twilight meet...also ran personal-best of 16:08.44 in 5,000 meters at Double Dual and personal-best of 9:52.31 in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Kansas Relays...named to Academic All-Summit League team...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2010-11
Track & Field
Recorded a season-best time of 4:04.53 in the 1500 meter run while placing fourth at the Nebraska Open...did not compete indoors.
Prep
Was a scorer on Yankton's four-straight cross country state champion squads, including a 17th place finish as a senior to earn all-state honors...on the track, won the 2009 Dan Lennon 800 meters while also helping capture the Sioux City Relay's 4x800-meter relay record during the season...also a member of the 4x800-meter relay that set a Yankton High School record in 7:54 for second place at the state meet in 2009...had personal-bests of 4:33 in the 1,600 meters and 9:53 in the 3,200 meters.
