Ran a personal best 1:53.52 in the 800 at the Summit League Championships...moved into eighth on the all-time USD list in the outdoor distance medley with a 10:06.03 at the Drake Relays...ran a personal best 4:07.92 in the 1,500-meters at the Bobcat Invitational...won the 800 at the USD Challenge with a 1:54.38...totaled seven top-10 finishes during the season.

Medaled in four events to help Johnston High School capture a team title at the 2023 Iowa State Track & Field Championships ... ran a leg of the Dragon’s victorious 4x400-meter relay, a leg of the runner-up 4x800-meter relay that clocked under the former state record, a leg of the runner-up distance medley and finished seventh in the open 400 meters (49.68) ... also captured a Kansas Relays crown this spring with distance medley relay ... owns personal bests of 49.1 in the 400 meters and 1:57 in the 800 meters ... has clocked an 800-meter relay split of 1:54 ... a three-time academic letterwinner.
