th at the Summit League Championships in the pentathlon with a personal best score of 3279 points … recorded personal bests in the high jump (4-11 ¾) and 800 (2:28.40) at the conference meet … also competed at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational in the pentathlon with 3038 points … ran a 60-meter hurdle season’s best of 9.00 to place eighth at the Nebraska Tune-Up … also placed 10
th in the long jump at the same met with a season’s best 16-3 ¾ … totaled four individual and two relay top 10’s during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field
Placed seventh at the Summit League Championships in the heptathlon (4749 points) and took 15
th in the 100-meter hurdle prelims in 15.08 … recorded season bests in the shot put (35-6 ½), javelin throw (121-7), 200-meters (25.81) and 100 hurdles (14.29) during the conference heptathlon competition … set a long jump personal best of 1607 to place fifth at the USD Twilight … also recorded top 10 finishes in the 100 hurdles (5
th: 14.93), high jump (7
th: 4-9 ½), and javelin (9
th: 103-8) at the meet … ran a 400-meter hurdle best of 1:04.99 at the South Dakota Challenge … totaled nine top 10’s during the season.

Competed in the pentathlon at the SDSU Holiday Open, recording 2,824 points for sixth place… ran fourth in the 60 hurdles during the pentathlon in 9.39.

Prep
O'Hare is a seven-time state medalist in Nebraska. She's placed fifth in the 300-meter hurdles for three-straight years and also took fifth in the 100-meter hurdles the last two years. Her personal best 300-meter hurdle time is 45.9. Her 100-meter hurdle personal best is 14.8 seconds. She was also a member of the Swedes volleyball and basketball teams. She was honorable mention all-state in volleyball as a senior and owns the program record for career aces. O'Hare is a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society.
