Became USD's first Division I national champion by winning the pole vault at NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Ore., with a height of 14-7¼. The height tied the NCAA Outdoor Championship record...First-Team All-American at both outdoor and indoor NCAA Championships... named to Capital One Academic All-America women's track and field first team...named USTFCCCA Scholar Field Athlete of the Year...named Summit League Outdoor Athlete of the Year for the second straight season...had best vault in the nation with a 14-7½ at the Texas Relays. Continued to progress as one of the nation's premier pole vaulters...joined teammate Emily Grove as the first South Dakota athletes to earn All-American First-Team status at Division I national meet...recorded a school record pole vault of 14-5 1/4 to finish third at NCAA National Championships (6/6/12), which is highest finish by Coyote athlete at Division I national meet...competed at U.S. Olympic Trials in pole vault, finishing 15th...broke pole vault record three times on the season. ..two-time Summit League Athlete of the Week...won the Summit League Outdoor Championship in the pole vault, setting a meet record of 14-0 ½ (5/10/12)...won the pole vault at six meets during the season, including at Long Beach State Invitational (4/21), where she set a then-school record of 14-3 1/2...named to the Summit League's Distinguished Scholar list...redshirted during indoor season...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Became first Coyote to qualify for NCAA National Championships, doing so in the pole vault...finished 13th in at the nationals and earned Second-Team All-America honors...finished with two All-Great West Conference honors, winning the pole vault at both the indoor and outdoor conference meets...received award for top women's performance at GWC Indoor after setting meet record of 13-6 1/4...also set GWC Outdoor meet record with a time of 13-7 1/2...set school outdoor record in the pole vault at Howard Wood Relays (13-9 1/2)...set school indoor record of 13-7 1/4 at ISU Classic...named Great West Conference Female Athlete of the Week a team-best three times...named to Great West Academic All-Conference team in indoor and outdoor track...named to Academic All-District second team.

Earned one All-Great West honor...won the pole vault at the GWC Indoor Championships...broke the school record in the event twice...posted a season-best 13-3 at the Alumni Meet (1/23)...named the GWC Athlete of the Month for January....named GWC Athlete of the Week twice during the season...redshirted the outdoor season.

Prep
Two-time state champion in the pole vault for Coach Christopher Moore at Rockwood Summit High School...posted a vault of 12-2 as a senior to capture the 2009 state title with a Class 4 and school record...started the season with a personal best jump of 12-6 and a division win at the prestigious National Pole Vault Summit in Reno, Nevada...also named the South Suburban Athlete of the Year and St. Louis Post Dispatch Scholar Athlete as a senior...won state as a junior with a vault of 11-9 and placed sixth in the 100-meter hurdles...finished third in the state as a sophomore with a jump of 11-6...posted personal bests of 15.24 in the 100-meter hurdles, 34-10 in the triple jump and 5-0 in the high jump...also a member of the school record 4x100-meter relay team...won varsity letters in track, dance and diving.
