Summit League runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.88 … also placed fourth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:46.19 … ran a personal best 59.33 in the 400-meter hurdles to place second at the South Dakota Challenge … took third in the 100-meter hurdles at the USD Twilight with a time of 14.52 … recorded an all-conditions personal best of 17-8 ¾ (5.40m) in the long jump to place third at the Wildcat Classic … won the 400 hurdles at the Wildcat Classic and was runner-up at the USD Snooze Button … broke under one minute in the 400 hurdles for the first time at the Drake Relays, placing seventh in 59.65.

Recorded a personal best 3,277 points in the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships... recorded personal bests in the 800 (2:26.78), shot put (32-3), high jump (4-10 ½), and 60-meter hurdles (9.25) during the pentathlon at the championships... ran a personal best 26.89 in the 200 at the SDSU Last Chance... added personal bests in the 600-meters (1:41.05) and the long jump (16-8) at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Placed seventh in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with a personal best 4,468 points… Recorded personal bests in the javelin (94-10), 200-meters (25.68), and the 100-meter hurdles (14.95) during the championships… also competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the conference meet… placed fifth with a personal best 5-2 ½ in the high jump at the USD Twilight… also recorded personal bests in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.62) and the long jump (17-2) at the USD Tune Up… won the 400 hurdles at the Mount Marty Twilight with a clocking of 1:03.27… completed one other heptathlon during the season, taking fourth with 4,445 points at the South Dakota Challenge… totaled eight top-10 finishes during the season.

Competed in four indoor meets…ran a collegiate best in the 200 (27.61) at the Mark Colligan Memorial…set a new best in the 400 (1:01.33) at the Nebraska Tune-Up…competed in the pentathlon at the USD Alumni Meet, placing fifth with new bests in the shot put (31-3.75) and high jump (4-8.25)…won the pentathlon 800-meters in a time of 2:38.05.

Competed at two meets during the season … placed 10th in the 400-meter hurdles at the USD Early Bird in 1:05.67 … clocked a wind-legal 16.27 seconds for the 100-meter hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays … made the Summit League honor roll.

Placed fourth at the 2022 Illinois State Championships with a personal best clocking of 44.99 seconds in the 300-meter hurdles ... marked the second-straight year of placing in the top-six of the event at the state meet ... helped the Broncos' 4x400-meter relay place at the state meet in 2019 and 2021 ... a member of the Broncos' sectional championship title in 2021 and multiple team conference championships ... on the club circuit, won the heptathlon at the 2021 USATF Illinois All-Comers meet ... owns a heptathlon personal best of 3,662 points ... also competed in volleyball and gymnastics for the Broncos, serving as the volleyball team's captain and the starting middle blocker as a senior ... an Illinois State Scholar, a member of the Delta Epsilon Phi National German Honor Society and the National Honor Society.
