Earned all-Summit League honors as a member of the Coyotes’ third-place 4x400-meter relay which finished in 3:51.71 … finished 12th in the 400 meters with a time of 58.95 at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season best of 58.50 seconds for 400 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up, placing seventh … placed fourth in the 400 meters in 59.52 seconds and fifth in the 200 meters in 26.28 seconds at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet … ran on the Coyotes’ 4x400-meter relay throughout the season … recorded 13 top-10 finishes during the season.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Won the 400 meters at the Sioux City Relays with a clocking of 59.39 seconds … posted a personal best of 58.34 seconds for 400 meters at the ORU Invitational … also clocked just shy in 58.35 at the South Dakota Invitational … finished runner-up in the 400 meters at the Red Raider Open in 58.93 seconds … placed third at the Red Raider Open in the 200 meters in a season-best time of 26.33 seconds … tallied seven top-10 finishes on the season … made the Summit League honor roll ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2016-17
Indoor Track & Field
Notched a season best of 1:03.55 in the 400 meters at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational … took seventh in the 400 meters at the USD Last Chance Meet … finished 11th in the 400 meters at the Hawkeye Invitational.

Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at three meets during the outdoor season … clocked a season best of 1:01.56 for 400 meters to take eighth at the USD vs. SDSU Dual.

2015-16
Indoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit honors as a member of the Coyotes’ third-place distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships … also took 10th in the 400 meters … clocked a season best 58.50 seconds for ninth in the 400 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up … took fourth in the 400 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet.

Captured the 400 meters in 1:00.00 at the USD Twilight … ran on the Coyotes’ victorious 4x100 and 4x200 relays at the Sioux City Relays … finished runner-up in the 200 meters in 26.58 at the USD Twilight … took 10th in the 400 at the Husker Spring Invitational … made the Summit League honor roll ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2014-15
Indoor Track & Field
Ran the 400 meter leg of the fourth place distance medley relay and took 19th in the open 400 meters at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season best 58.96 seconds for 400 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational … ran on the runner-up 4x400 relay at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invitational … ranks third in school history the distance medley relay (11:44.40).

Took fifth in the 400 meters at the Wildcat Classic and the Mt. Marty Twilight … ran a season best 59.90 seconds for ninth place in the 400 meters at the Dakota Duals … placed 13th at the Husker Spring Invitational with a time of 59.95 seconds for 400 meters ... named to the Summit League honor roll, earning Distinguished Scholar status.

Prep
A six-time state medalist and three time varsity letter winner for Millard North...helped the 4x100 and 4x400 to fourth-place finishes at the 2012 Class A Nebraska State Meet...placed second in the 4x400, third in the 400 and fifth in the 4x100 at the 2013 state meet.
